Same Day Shipping
Same day shipping is available for orders received before 3:00pm Central Standard Time. All orders processed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
How We Ship
All orders will be processed and shipped via Fedex ground. Since we cater to adhesive products, federal regulations classify adhesive agents as hazmat items and must be shipped by ground carrier only. To ensure we meet federal regulations, all orders processed on this site are sent ground only.
We Cater to Fabricators
Please note that this website is designed specifically to cater to countertop and surface fabricators. We do not sell our product to the general public. In the unlikely event the general public orders from MatchMyAdhesive.com, we are not responsible for poor or improper results do to uneducated and improperly used products. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Ground Shipments
Carefully inspect the package contents immediately upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 72-hours of delivery. After this time we accept no liability. Our Return Policy
Before returning any item, please contact customer service to determine the quickest resolution for the return. Please note that no returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned items must be in new and resalable condition, in its original packaging, with no missing parts.
All returns are at the discretion of MatchMyAdhesives and will not be accepted without a return materials authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers must be listed on the outside of the return box. All RMA items are subject to inspection. Any item found to be non-defective when tested will incur a return freight charge billed to the customer.
Items returned after the above set time period, or in non-resalable condition, including marked or damaged manufacturer original packaging, will not be credited. All returns must be returned with a traceable carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items that are misdirected, lost, or damaged in shipment.
Return of certain items will need to be made directly with the manufacturer and will be subject to their own terms and conditions set forth.
